Comments: Life time Dubuque boater/river rat. I have always had a love for and interest in the commercial traffic on the Big River. Moved into this house, with a river view, two years ago and have become a tow watcher. I refer to your site often to learn more about each push boat that passes. Thanks.

Comments: Great to see all the boats listed. I worked on the boats for about 10 years. Was then a construction pilot for a few more. Your email would not activate for me, mail client conflict. I would like to contact you as I have several pictures of boats from over the years and in many places. Also I make drone videos for a hobby and have some stunning shots of an Ingram boat coming by Prescott. Search for Air Prescott on Youtube. Hope to hear back.

Comments: I've had a shore job for 40 years now, but it is wonderful to see my little first boat, the Ida Crown. I would love to see pictures of the Sneakin' Heekin, or the Captain Caplener. Both of them hard working Illinois River boats.
Comments: Love the pictures the Lou Draper was named after my brother Lou / Louie Draper it is awesome to see pictures of it. He passed away in Dec of 06 he loved working on the river did it for way over 40 years. Such a tribute to a special man. Thank you his sister Nanc(Draper) Greenwalt
Comments: I worked on the Herman Pott when it was with Federal Barge, mid to late 70's. Really nice to see some pics of it. Thanks.
