Comments: The Mary Belle is moored here in Fairmont, WV tonight. On her sign boards, it states that she is based out of Point Marion, PA, which is where I have seen her working around the Fort Martin power plant. Your link will not let me post a current picture of her.
Comments: I was a deck hand on this boat when it was new. My brother in law father was the personal manager for Ingram Barge for many years.

Comments: Saw the St. Jude Thaddeus on the canal in front of the Masons' hall here in PA about an hour ago. Unusual name for a towboat. Was very pleased to find it on your site, this is the kind of thing that makes the web worthwhile.

Comments: Thanks for the current pictures of my dad's boat! I was there when she was launched and even took a trip on the Ohio River with her first Caotain, Captain Stevens. I was probably 12 or 13 at the time.
Comments: I worked for wjg for 8 years in memphis. It has been many years since it moved. I miss talking and hearing those men. Sure wish I knew what happen to a few.32CE
